The EU and the Republic of Moldova will sign on 27 June 2014 an Association Agreement including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area. This will open a new chapter in EU-Moldovan relations. The European Commission’s Directorate General Education and Culture is offering a large number of scholarships to university graduates from European Neighbourhood Policy countries, for postgraduate studies at the College of Europe – Bruges or Natolin (Warsaw) campus – during the academic year 2014-2015. The scholarships cover academic expenses, accommodation, meals and travel costs. The countries concerned are: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine. [Continue...]
